Planning will be held in order to examine physical considerations and hear public testimony regarding the ~bHowing bills:
Bill 29 (Comm. 1116): Appliruu: Suffolk Investments, LLC. -amends the State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-7 and I I-8
fbr the County of I lawai'i, by changing the district classification from the Agricultural to the Urban; and Bill 30, amends
Section '_5-8-3 (North Ikona lone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code. by changing the
district classification from Agricutural - 5 Acres (A-Sa) to Multiple Family Residential (RM-2.5) at Puapua'aiki I''` and
Puapun'snui I North Kona, Hawaii, covered by lax Map Key 7-$-17:19 (area approximately 14.87 acres): and
Bill 31 (Comm. 1117): Applicant Puaa Development, LLC. -amends the State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-7 and I1-8 for
the County of I I.nvai'i. by changing the district classification from the Agricultural to the Urban; and Bi1132, amends
Section 25-8-3 (North Kona Zone Map). Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the
district classification from Agricultural - 5 Acres (A-Sa) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20) at Puapua'aiki I" and
Puapua'anui I North Kona. Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key 7-5-17:1 (area approximately 14.973 acres).
