Re' Counry Council Funding for Kailua Business Improvement District
Dear Virginia and Committee on Finance Members•
The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce is appreciative of the Hawaii County Council's ,
support of establishing a Kailua Village $usiness Improvement District. The Chamber
will assume complete responsibility for managing the fiords as the Counci] directs in
order to establish the Business Improvement District.
The Chamber Boazd of Directors is in support of receiving, dispersing and being
responsible for the grant money that is to he received from the County Council
