Re: Resolution for amulti-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for one (1) copier for the Office of Aging. The lease on their current copier is expiring
soon and they wish to replace it with a comparable copier with a higher capacity to meet
the steady increase/demand in their office.

A. REQUEST:
To enter into amulti-year lease agreement for five (5) years. for a copy machine.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (Use additional sheets as needed):
The lease on current copier is expiring on 7/31/05. The Office of Aging is looking for a comparable copier
with a higher capacity, to meet the steady increase/demand in the office, as a replacement. Sufticient funds
are budgeted for the fiscal year 2006. Cost is comparablc to fscal year 2005 expenses.
