ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-33 OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII, ADOPTED ON MARCH 9, 2001, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 01-72
ADOPTED ON AUGUST 24, 2001, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 14 of Ordinance No. 01-33, as amended by Ordinance No.
01-72, is hereby amended as follows:
"SECTION 14. Authorization of Proceeds for Public Improvements. The
proceeds from the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the County
of Hawaii in the principal amount of $7,000,000 shall be used to pay all or a part
of the costs of appropriations for public improvement projects to be financed from
general obligation bond funds made in Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended,
Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, [and]
Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, Ordinance No. 02-77 as amended,
Ordinance No. 03-90 as amended. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, and
Ordinance No. 05-87, as amended, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1999,
June 30, 2000, June 20, 2001, [and] June 30, 2002, June 30 2003,
June 30 2004 June 30 2005 and June 30 2006, respectively."
SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed. New material is underscored.
In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need not
be included.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
