No. 319. reports as follows:
Communication No. 319 transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim on June 21, 2005, requested the
approval of the appointment of Diana Miller to the County of Hawaii Environmental
Management Commission.
n 10-year resident of Hawaii, Ms. Miller is currently employed with the Department of
Education as a substitute teacher and states she is a member of the Democratic Party. ]f
contirmed, she will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2009, replacing Mr. David Frankel,
whose term expired on llccember 31, 2004.
Your Committee on Environmental Management recommends confirmation of the appointment
of Ms. Diana Miller to the Environmental Management Commission to serve a term to expire on
December 3 I. 2009.
