This request does not involve a scope of work change or cost increase, but solely restricted to a time extension. As outlined in your letter, the extension is necessary Co allow for the successful completion of the training courses provided by CERT grant for the State of Hawaii. Based on the information provided and the aced to meet the goals and mission of our program, we will extend the performance period per your request for an additional 12 months.
