Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 118 reports as follows:
Bill No. 118, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 132-05 by Director of Finance
William Takaba, via Communication No. 355, dated July 8, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 05-86,
as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2006. The amendment is as follows:

The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has been awarded a$5,000 grant from the Hawai`i •
Community Foundation for its sponsorship of the Na Leo 0 Na `Opio Youth Action Summit
where students from high schools throughout the island are provided leadership and team
building training with the primary focus on addressing problems that face youth. The funds will
be allocated to each school that participates.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 118 and
recommends it pass first reading.
