From Enviromnental Management Committee Chair Bob Jacobson, dated August 3.
2005, requesting discussion on the above subject. Topics listed for discussion are as
follows: to identify objectives. feasible/non-feasible technologies and approaches,
preferred/non-preferred technologies, sites, key elements of transaction structure,
procurement structure, review feasibility issues, and economy of scale issues.

RFP for Solid Waste Technology (Comm. 391).
