SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
COMM. 393 (BILL 114) -MUTUAL SELF HELP SUBDIVISION
Attached for your appropriate action is Draft 2 of the subject bill with a revised copy of the
location map.
Draft 2 corrects the spelling of Haa (spelled without the 'okina) street and place.
We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-254,
Schedule 2 (20 mile per hour limit) under (g) Puna be amended as described in Bill No. 114,
Draft 2.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you
