Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 125, reports as follows:
Bill No. 125, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 369,
dated July 18, 2005, amends Ordinance No. OS-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30, 2006. The amendment is as follows:

3609.10 Fund Balance from Previous Year General $16,000
To:
050-423-5424.02 `Alae Cemetery Improvements OCE General $16,000
These funds will be used to repave the `Alae Cemetery.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 125 and
recommends it pass first reading.
