As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Norman Keamo Date/Time: 07-12-05/1047 Hours Reason for Being in Area: Eradicating marijuana plants Time in Area: Less than 5 minutes No. of Plants Recovered: 55 Immediate Action Taken: Left area after eradicating marijuana plants Comments: The road the helicopter landed on for a few minutes appeared to be public use. They landed to let the ropes out so officers could attach themselves. Officer attached himself onto the rope and motioned "thumbs up" the sign used that he was ready to be lifted up. They eradicated the marijuana plants from the bush area nearby and left the area. I left message on caller's phone to apologize. Submitted By: Lt. He also claimed that we fly over his house daily. Time in Area: 20 minutes in subdivision No. of Plants Recovered: 192 Immediate Action Taken: Left area after eradicating marijuana plants Comments: I informed the caller that we are conforming to the rules placed upon us as far as flying above 1,000 feet. The pilot informed me that he was flying at 1,500 feet above the ground. Also informed caller that we were eradicating marijuana in the subdivision. Submitted By: Lt.
