RE: Bill 122, Draft 2
I have attached Bill No. 122, Draft 2, that amends the CIP project relating to Planning
for Waste Reduction Technology ($500,000), which was amended at today's Finance
Committee meeting:
Specifically, the amendment adds a new SECTION 3 as follows:
SECTION 3. This appropriation is conditioned upon the Finance Director maintaining
direct and full control over the planning, engineering and environmental consulting, and
preparation of a request for proposals for a waste reduction technology project.
The existing SECTION 3 will be renumbered to SECTION 4.
