Forwarded for your consideration is a draft resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The federal government will provide funds for a professional service contract for the planning and design of the Kanmana Drive Flood Protection Phase of the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed. The agreement will commit the County to execute and manage a professional service contract for the subject project under the guidance, technical assistance, and in concurrence with the NRCS.
