AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. OS-86, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI3E COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 05-86, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3305.45 State Grant -Kealakekua Bay Road Paving Highway $ 24,000
Total $ 24,000
SECTION 2. The ti~regoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report. or the tinal report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
