SUBJECT: Draft 2 Bill 134 to Provide Enhanced Public Notification of Proposed
Development
Enclosed is draft 2 of Bill 134 to provide enhanced public notice of proposed development. This
Bill amends Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code), Hawaii County Code.
This Bill was amended in the Planning Committee. In Section 23-58A paragraph (c), subsection
(1) was added to read as follows:
"Section 23-58A (c) (1). No pictures or drawings or promotional materials shall be
permitted on the sign."
