SUBJECT: Draft 2 Bill 135 to Provide Enhanced Public Notification of Proposed
Development
Enclosed is drafr 2 of Bill 135 to provide enhanced public notice of proposed development. This
Bill amends Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code.
This Bill was amended in the Planning Committee. In Section 25-2-]2, subsection (1) was added
to read as follows:
"Section 25-2-12 (c) (I). No pictures or drawings or promotional materials shall be
permitted on the sign."
