RESOLUTION NO. 161 l?~
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Edith Kanakaole Tennis Stadium is a multi-use County facility, and is
widely used for a variety of reasons by all sectors of the public; and
WHEREAS, the floor of the F,dith Kanakaole Tennis Stadium must be covered by portable
flooring for non-tennis related events; and
WHEREAS, the current portable flooring has deteriorated, requiring frequent re-taping
during events, and is generally unsafe for public use
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

~E IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
