SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
HbKU'ULA ROAD, SPENCER ROAD, KONOKOHAU ROAD AND LAELAE ROAD
PROPOSED 20 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMITS
We received a request to authorize 20 mile per hour speed limits along Hoku'ula Road, Spencer
Road, Konokohau Road and Laelae Road. Our site visit confirms these are narrow roadways
and a 20 mile per hour speed limit is reasonable for the existing conditions in the general area.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you
