Re Resolution for amulti-year lease -
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for one (1) copier for the Hawaii County Police Department's South Kohala Police
Station. The long term lease on their current copier has expired and the Department is
leasing it on a month to month basis.

Request a Resolution to approve multi-year copier lease agreement for 1 copier for 5 years for South Kohala
Police Station.

The lease for the Stations' current copier has expired and the Department is leasing the copier on a month to
month basis. Cost analysis for the proposed new copier is attached.
