A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a $3,500 appropriation will be used to fund The Kohala Center for the "Waimea
Design Studio" community development planning project to be administered by the Department of
Research and Development in October 2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and
instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms
of this resolution.
