RE: Expedited Construction of a Reload Facility
Enclosed for your consideration is the amended resolution (Resolution Number 162-OS)
supporting the expedited construction o1~ a reload facility.
Following friendly amendments were made and approved on the floor during today's council
meeting:
1) Amend the 7th Whereas clause: "...trash to be sorted, recycled, reloaded
2) Amend the 8th Whereas clause: "...as the administration sees fit, to follow the
Hawaii County Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan."
