For your consideration, I have prepared a "Drafr 2" of Resolution No. 155-05, with the following
amendment:
1. "WHEREAS, a $3,500 appropriation will be used to fund The Kohala Center for
the "Waimea Design Studio" community development planning project to be
administered by the Department of Research and Development in October 2005."
