Corpornt ion Counsel Gerald 'fakase. authorizes the acceptance of a donation of real properties to the
Count} of 1 Iawai'i From the State of I lawai'i to realign the Volcano/Fluina Road intersection.
Council Mcmhcrs espresscxl support for this resolution. Council Member Ciary Safarik asked if
something relating to Resolution 145-05 was brought before the Council previously. assistant
Corporation Counsel Gerald Takasc answered that the County had accepted traffic signals fFom the
dc~cloprr previoush, but Thal this donation is from the State ofI Iawai'i.
