Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Capital Budget by appropriating an
additional $800,000 to the Pahoa Fire Station project. With the current boom in the
construction industry, it is now estimated that the cost of construction for the fire station
has gone up. The additional funds bring the total appropriation to $2,809,000.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Hawaii County Fire Department.
