RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/STATE FARM INSURANCE re: Kapri Fuliwara
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on a claim submitted by State Farm Insurance Company regarding Kapri
Fujiwara. We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at its earliest
convenience.
