1907 l0 2002, prior to that screed ns Council Memhcr for District 1 on the I lawaii County
Council (itt 20 years. Mr. Domingo preciously screed on the Board of Directors for the RranUc}~
Center ?nd har~, screed as a board member fur the I lamakua I Icalth Center.
During Conuniuce discussions. Mr. Domingo stated that he saw his potential ?ppointment as an
opporlunitc to sec that the Liquor Commission and the UeparUment of I.iyuor Control arc held to
the highrsl possible standard. practicing in an honest and lair manner.
