William Takaba, via Communication No. 416, dated August 25, 2005, amends Ordinance
No. 05-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2006. The amendment is as
follows:

010-201-5212.02 Kona Police—OCE General $2,400
The Hawaii Metal Recycling Company has graciously donated$2,400 to the Hawai`i County
Police Department. These funds will be used by.the Kealakehe Police Station.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 144 and .
recommends it pass first reading.
