Please note that the public hearing and comment period lasts about one month. <br /> Although a mailing list of various organizations has been compiled, each council member's <br /> personal effort in seeking input from constituents during this one month period is an important <br /> component in assuring participation. However, if an organization is unable to provide <br /> comment, public review of the preliminary draft bill is certainly provided when it is referred <br /> to Committee. <br /> PROJECT PROPOSAL <br /> I.
