Pursuant to Hawai `i Revised Statutes §92-7, notice is hereby given that the Hawai `i County Council's
Committee on Planning will be holding a public hearing to hear testimony regarding Bill 123 (Comm. 362),
which amends Section 25-8-5 (Kailas Urban Zone Map) Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii

(Area: Approximately 1.172 acres).
This bill would allow the development of n the mauka side of
