A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION
OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING
SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a $25,000.00 appropriation will be used to purchase fine (5) standard shade
scsrems for the Pana`ewa 700, which will provide sun protection fox its visitors; and
WHEREAS, a $13 000.00 appropriation ~z~ill be used to install streetlights in the I~ea`au
\gcicultural Lots Subdivision ro improve communit)~ safety; and
WHEREAS, a $500.00 appropriation will be used to support the Posiri~•c Coaching
\lliance Big Island (a non profit organization), ~ti°hich is designed to educate youth activih~ leaders
and enable them to develop positi~ e character traits in our children.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that the follo~~~ing amount be and is hexeb~° transferred/appropriated

instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
