Aloha Counci_1 Members,
I support funding for a complete sort staion in
East Hawaii. We need to divert as much waste as
possible from the lard fill and to have as few trucks
as possible hauling trash Y_o ~^dest Hawaii. The high
tech waste-to-energy technologies sound good but are
very difficult to evaluate ar.d are going to take a
=ong time to decide on one ar.d to get -t up and
running. We need the sort station now!
