Subject: Revised Bill Creating anIsland-Wide Transportation Kokua Zone
Dear Chairperson Higa and Council Members:
Attached for your consideration is a revised ordinance creating anIsland-Wide
Transportation Kokua Zone. The changes to the original ordinance are non-substantive
and simply clarify that items 18-90(h)3,4, and 5 will remain in the County Code
unchanged. The revisions were recommended by the Council's Legislative Research
Branch to Thomas Brown of the Transit Agency.
