Beck, Inc. and Ron Terry of Geometrician Associates. Attaches a Procurement Framework Summary, Ownership and Financing Consideration in Solid Waste Reduction Facilities Implementation, RFP Timeline. and an Environmental Impact Statement Preparation Notice (EISPN) Statement of Prgject Purpose and Need. This information will be used to refine the draft Procurement Framework Summary in order to begin preparing the procurement document.
