Everything I hear and everything I read indicates that a large majority of Kailua-Kona residents are agreed that we
must have a moratorium on any new construction until the vital infrastructure issues (roads and highways) are
dealt with. I suppose you are obligated to hold these hearings but the public's response should be evident before
the gavel falls.
