An ordinance amending chapter 25 (zoning code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005

~L ransmitted for your consideration is a draft 2 of this bill. This draft makes no substantive changes to
the content of the bill. Draft 2 of the bill contains non-substantive formatting changes to correct errors
in the ramseyering of this bill. 7~hese changes will preserve language in the zoning code that would
otherwise be inadvertently deleted by draft 1 of this bill.
