We need industrial developers to contribute more to affordable housing and infrastructure instead of giving them credits for creating more of a housing shortage and adding to the traffic with the new jobs they will create and more off island workers moving to the Big Island to fill their positions. 3. It is not fair to other types of developers to give industrial developers this kind of leniency 4. We don't need this change now- We need more affordable housing and infrastructure now. Affordable housing credits should only be given for building affordable housing. Mahalo for reading my testimony, Mary Ann K. Todd-Waller Comm. No. l V J' Ref. Toipr~a Ref. Uofe
