A RESOLUTION TRANSFERKING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Pu'u`eo Community Association is a community organization comprised of
individuals who reside in the Pu`u'eo area; and
WHEREAS, the Pu`u`eo Community Association strives to promote a healthier, cleaner and
safer neighborhood for the residents and for visitors alike; and
WHEREAS, the Pu'u`eo Community Association is launching recycling program to
encourage the residents in the area to participate in the State of Hawai`i's HI 5 beverage container
program; and
WHEREAS, the Pu`u`eo Community Association requires a suitable container to hold the
beverage containers to be recycled.
NOW THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWA[`I that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

CREDITED TO:
010.161.5162.98 Department of Research and Development $84.00

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerlc shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
