ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 05-87, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2005 TO JUNE 30, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 05-87, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006,
is hereby amended by increasing an appropriation and by adding two related projects:
ENVIRONMENTAL MGT:
Na'alehu &Pahala Large Capacity Cesspool Replacement -County
(110-699-5698.04) [$330,000] $ 450,000
Na'alehu &Pahala Large Capacity Cesspool Replacement -SRF $ 2,000,000
(110-699-5698.05)
Na'alehu &Pahala Large Capacity Cesspool Replacement -Federal $ 1,400,000
(110-699-5698.06)
SECTION 2. Funds for these appropriations shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 120,000
Fund Balance andlor other Sources
State Revolving Funds (SRF) $ 2,000,000
Federal Grants Receivable $ 1,400,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
