Enclosed is the resolution which authorizes the transfer of lands situated at Manowai`opae
Homesteads, North Hilo, Hawaii, being TMK: (3) 3-6-03:35 to the Department of Water
Supply. The Department of Water Supply, owner of the adjacent parcel TMK: (3) 3-6-03:36,
would like to consolidate the parcels and acquire more land for their expansion of the well
and reservoir facilities.
