RE: Transmitting a draft 2 of Bill 167.
An ordinance amending chapter 24, article 4, of the I~Iawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition),
as amended, relating to motor vehicle driver's license fees.
Transmitted for your consideration is a draft 2 of Bill 167. This draft makes no substantive changes to
the content of the bill. Draft 2 of the bill contains non-substantive formatting changes to clarify the
content of the bill In particular, draft 2 accomplishes the following:
1) Changes new paragraph fiT~m (n), which already exists, to (o).
2) Adds quotation marks around the affected section.
3) In new paragraph (o), changes word "till" to "until."
4) Makes other non-substantive changes relating to capitalization, etc.
A copy of this draft has been provided to Sergeant Dexter Veriato of the Police Department If you have
