Subject: EDH 2025: ACommunity-based Vision and Living Action Plan for
Downtown Hilo.
This is to express my support of the above-referenced Vision for
Downtown Hilo. I encourage you to endorse this document and pass the
resolution, as it reflects over 15 months of hard work compiled by the
Friends of Downtown Hilo Steering Committee. This document reflects
the community?s Vision and the Action Plan that will help shape the
future of Downtown Hilo.
