Mitchell Kanehailua Date/Time: 09-28-05/0900 hours Reason for Being in Area: At the time the complainant said this occurred, only one helicopter was in the area of Lei Parkway and King Kamehameha Avenue. I was there at the time recovering 828 marijuana plants. Time in Area: 15-20 minutes No. of Plants Recovered: 828 (seedlings - 6') Immediate Action Taken: I recontacted the complainant. Informed caller that at the time of the call one helicopter was in the area near Lei/King Kamehameha. I had sent all other helicopters home. Complainant wanted to discuss helicopter noise in general. I gave caller my telephone number and told caller to call me if helicopters are in the area again. Caller was happy with my call and thanked me for taking the time to answer questions. I explained the infrequency in which we conduct these missions and caller was satisfied with my explanation. Comments: Submitted By: Lt. Mitchell Kanehailua Date/Time: 09-28-05 ,
