RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Counci156the County
of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regard to Resolution No.
transferring funds for District 1 and District 6 projects from the Clerk-Council Service
Office account to the appropriate department, waiving said referral from the Committee
on Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be
granted.
