Bill No 160, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 182-OS by Director of Finance
William Takaba, via Communication No. 471, dated September 30, 2005, amends Ordinance
No. OS-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2006.
The amendment appropriates a $2,000 monetary donation into the Police Department's Criminal
Investigation Division -Juvenile Aid Bureau -Vice Section (CID-JAB-VICE) OCE account as
follows:

Big Island Candies has graciously donated the $2,000 to the Hawaii County Police Department,
which will be used by the Ice Task Force and Vice Officers in their methamphetamine
investigations.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 160 and
recommends it pass first reading.
