She is a member of the Family and Community Education Association. She formerly served as president of the Kalanianaole School PTA and president and leader of the 4-H Federation. Ms. Takazawa states that she is not affiliated with any political party. This term, which is a reappointed term from January, 2004, will expire on December 31, 2009. Council District 3 -Nancy Kelly is a 48-year resident of Hawaii and is the Business Manager at the County of Hawaii Prosecuting Attorney's Office. She currently is the Vice President and Secretary of the Hilo High School Foundation, and has served in the past as president and board member of the Hawaii Swimming Club of Hilo. Ms. Kelly states that she is a member of the Democratic Party. She will serve a term to expire on December 31, 2009. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
