Actually its about both. Pualani Estates Makai was voted for after Mr. Higa
said he spoke with his west side counterparts and voted how they said to
vote. I wanted to know where to find the minutes that would indicate he
spoke with Mr. Pilago and Mrs. Isbell. Because if its not in the record,
then it is a violation of the Sunshine Law. Yes???
