Good Day;
Once again, I wish to express my opposition to reducing or restructuring the
current Special Use Restrictions.
Before any laws are made; careful consideration must be given as to whether a
regulation is enforceable. The books, both State and County, are currently filled
with unenforceable regulations; we do not need any more of them.
If there is a problem with the wording of the current Special Use Permit Section of
County Law, or you feel it is unworkable; deal with it, don't split hairs so to speak.
I respectfully request you vote no on this issue.
