RE: Bill 138, Draft 3
In response to the suggestions and discussion surrounding Bill 138, I am forwazding the attached
Bill 138, Draft 3 that does the following:
1. Changes the composition of the Salary Commission to nine members represented
by Council districts.
2. Provides for transition of Salary Commission composition in Section 3.
3. Makes grammatical changes to Section 13-28(d) to state that the "commission
shall review and set the compensation" for certain persons.
