Attached is Bill 138, Draft 2, which initiates an amendment to Article XIII, Section ] 3-28 of the
Hawaii County Charter (1991), relating to the Salary Commission. Draft 2 contains a floor
amendment about the deputies' and first deputy prosecuting attorney's salary made at the
Finance Committee meeting on September 30, 1997,
