Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Amy E. Aoyagi of Hilo
to the Hawaii County Committee on the Status of Women to
replace Andrea L. Kennedy, who has resigned.
Mrs. Aoyagi is a life-time resident of Hawaii and since 1995
has been a part-time travel consultant with Kobayashi Travel
Service. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Travel
Professions, Inc. (1982-1995). She is a member of the American
Cancer Society and the Soroptimist International (Hilo).
Mrs. Aoyagi will be serving the balance of the unexpired term
which will end on December 31, 1999.
